Returns and Customer Service Policies
Due to issues in getting items that have been pre-ordered delivered to New Zealand in a timely manner, we WILL NOT GUARANTEE a specific time frame for delivery. Some companies tell us 3-4 months but then they end up taking longer. These delays are beyond our control. Getting export permits issued and a permit to export from the USA can take 3 months or more. We place the orders for you like for a Cheytan M200 Intervention but they are about 12 month out on delivery. If a refund is requested on a deposit for a pre-order item a 10% restocking fee will apply or the amount can be booked for another purchase.
As far as regular returns, Its real simple if you dont like something that you receive and you wish to return any item in an unused, unfired condition we will be more than happy to refund the full amount if returned within 30 days. If you receive your new rifle or pistol and the old lady or old man throws a fit and you HAVE TO return it no big deal just post it back to us and we will sort out the paperwork and refund your bank account. You can change your mind or change an order or cancel the order prior to shipping and will receive a full refund.
We encourage you to use Direct Bank Transfer because it keeps our prices down since we dont have to pay the bank 4-5%. We are able to easily refund you without charging you a bank fee and avoid the fraud associated with credit cards. We now accept Credit Cards though the Paystation portal. PoOLI is used for Bank Transfers. THie is a secure Third Party Portal for ocmplete bank transaction security. Help out all of us in keeping prices down by doing POLI/Direct Bank Transfer whenever possible.
We use FASTWAYS /ARAMEX for our delivery with signature only so you can be assured that your shipment is NOT just left on your door step!!!!! SHipments are insured up to $2000. Our program charges shipping based the weight of your parcel. Bullets are heavy and shipping costs can be high especially to the South Island. Our program charges you what we pay for the actual shipping costs from Fastway/Aramex. For rural customers our couriers have agreed to hold items at their warehouse and arrange for you to collect from them if you tell us to HOLD AT DEPOT FOR PICKUP. Please be aware that this may be some distance from you. Contact us if you are unsure before ordering.
If the shipping seems excessive PLEASE email is and we can check it out and readjust the invoice for payment by Bank Transfer or Credit back your CC. The shipping program is not perfect so if it appears to be high let us know and we will see what we can do to assure it is correct.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if there has been an erroneous listing due to computer errors on our end. In other words if a listing appears to be too good to be true it is probably a computer error for example a rifle that normally sells for $2595 is listed for $295 in error.
Regarding Backorders, we are sometimes out of stock on items or our inventory levels get off. Check the item availability prior to completing your order. The system should not let you order an out of stock item unless it it a SPECIFIC PRE-ORDER ITEM. We don't want to sit on your money while waiting for products to arrive especially given the delays in getting permits to import so out of stock items cannot be ordered.
