Set includes 4 Internal 1240g per set of weighst and 12 M4 screws.

External Weights can also be added seperatly.

Made in NZ from Brass which is 10% heavier than steel and non-corrosive.  Black Powder coated for a great look.

Internal Weights come with 4 M4x12 Sochet Screws each weight.

External Weight comes two #10 Socket Head Screws.

External Weiths upper edges are rounded and grooved for comfortable and secure feel.
