This has a forward flow channel around the exit hole to allow forward gas flow.

The 556 RLHF is a small, robust, QD rifle suppressor made from 718 Inconel or Titanium 6-4 powderusing Selective Laser Melting or 3D metal printing technology. The design is optimized for semi autoand select fire rifles to provide the best user experience in terms of noise reduction and low gas backpressure. The 556 RLHF is safe to use for 556 bolt action rifles, however single flow suppressors willprovide a better solution in bolt action rifles and are available in either direct thread and QD from ODL for most calibres.

The Hyflow uses a patented flow design where gas is split into two paths at the blast baffle.  The flow is balanced so that both paths exit at about the same time resulting in maximum suppression in minimum time for reduced impact to the firearm operational design, while maintaining reasonable sound reduction at both the muzzle and shooter’s ear.

Due to the parallel processing of the Hyflow, gas is processed twice as fast as a single flowsuppressor. The result is nearly identical bolt velocity and back pressure in suppressed directimpingement systems as an unsuppressed rifle. Faster gas processing allows time for suppressorpressure to drop before the bolt opens allowing gas to exit out the front of the suppressor instead ofventing back at the user.

The 556 RLHF is a one piece design for maximum strength to weight ratio and can not bedisassembled. It mounts with a simple QD locking mechanism on a variety of muzzle devices and does not overlap the barrel.

This can is built from 718 inconel or Ti6Al4V Grade 5 by special request.

These are built to withstand abuse of short barrel, high volume fire as well as physical abuse like damage from dropped weapons or falling on the gun.  In other words there is internal supports so that the can is strong structurally as well as from pressure effects.
