The Leofoto VH-30-R Monopod Head supports up to 33 lb and offers pan/tilt rotation and an integrated panning clamp on top. It's Arca-compatible and has a 60mm base with a 3/8"-16 female thread.
The VH-30-R includes an extra-long Arca-type quick release plate with 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 tripod screws and a 12" panning handle.
