Very effective suppressor cleaner with an extra mild and safe formulation. Perfect for suppressors of all types, materials and coatings. For normal levels of fouling.

Noise suppression, recoil reduction and precision enhancement are some reasons why modern suppressors are gaining in popularity even in non-military use. But as the degree of accumulated fouling increases, the performance of suppressors drops substantially. Therefore, suppressor cleaning – like gun cleaning – should not be disregarded and the suppressor be cleaned regularly and timely before major build-up occurs inside the suppressor´s chambers. Suppressor cleaning is also advised when a suppressor will not be in use over a longer period of time to prevent the formation of acidic condensates.

SchleTek Suppressor Cleaner Regular is the perfect choice to eliminate normal fouling. It scores with an extra mild formulation and a pleasant odour while being equally very effective. Suppressor Cleaner Regular is easy to use and cleans self-actively all types of suppressors.

Even suppressors which cannot be disassembled, carbon suppressors and suppressors with rows of holes or super-fine suppression maximising baffles, which are usually very difficult to clean, can be cleaned with Suppressor Cleaner Regular without effort. The suppressor has to be closed on one end with a cleaning plug, and then filled up with the cleaner from the opposite end. Suppressors which can be taken apart are simply put into a container filled with Suppressor Cleaner. After a reaction time of 120 minutes, loosened residue can be easily flushed out or rinsed off with warm water. For stubborn fouling repeat the process and increase exposure time up to a maximum of 12 hours. 

Heating to approximately 50°C (122°F) additionally increases cleaning efficiency. For extreme fouling we recommend using SchleTek Suppressor Cleaner Evolution. 

SchleTek Suppressor Cleaner Regular is environmentally friendly, water soluble, and has been positively tested for compatibility of materials. Due to its special pH-neutral formula it does not harm any surfaces and is suitable for all materials and coatings, including Cerakote™. It is also suitable for the use in ultrasonic baths.

To protect and preserve suppressors, spray SchleTek 2in1 Gun-Tuning on thread and suppressor after cleaning and fully drying. When mounting the suppressor for use, we recommend applying Cera-Grease high-performance grease for muzzle threads to facilitate and ease later dismantling.
